Worker's Compensation
As part of our service and commitment to referring doctors and patients, we accept all Workers Compensation cases for both in-patients and out-patients.
At Nepean Diagnostics, we can:
- Organise pre-approval (you will need to have a claim number)
- Schedule the appointment at a convenient time
- Offer quick appointments for cases requiring expedited results
- Provide reports by a Specialist Radiologist
The team at Nepean Diagnostics is experienced in obtaining insurance cover approval for both interventional and diagnostic imaging requests. Recognising the significance of rapid diagnosis and treatment of workplace injuries, we are committed to facilitating timely and appropriate care to support your recovery and return to employment.
All Workers Compensation cases are billed at AMA rates, with no out-of-pocket costs to the patient for any approved workers compensation examinations and procedures.
Your results
After your examination or procedure, the results of your visit will be available on the patient image portal. A report, along with the images will be sent directly to your referring doctor and case manager. Nepean Diagnostics will store digital copies of all studies on our secure database for comparison with any future examinations.
