Payment at Nepean Diagnostics

At Nepean Diagnostics, we offer our diagnostic imaging services to everyone.

Bulk Billed Imaging Services

For Out-Patients, most of our services are bulk billed to Medicare.

In some cases, your tests or procedures may attract an out-of-pocket fee. This charge reflects the skills and costs involved in offering a top-quality imaging service.

No matter which type of service you require, our helpful staff can explain the billing process when you book your appointment.

Out of Pocket Fees

Where services attract a Gap Payment, you will be informed at the time of your booking.

If you do need to pay any out-of-pocket fees, you may be asked to settle your account when you come in for your procedure and then submit your Medicare claim afterwards.

Our staff are more than happy to help you with lodging your claim.

In-Patient Fees

Where a patient is being treated at the hospital the service attracts a Gap Fee. The Services Bill is normally sent to you after being discharged. Where your hospital stay is prolonged, an interval bill may be issued while still having treatment.

We appreciate these accounts to be settled within a reasonable time. When your account is paid, we will send a receipt which can be taken to Medicare to claim any rebate due.

Our staff are more than happy to help you with lodging your claim.
