Our reception staff are experienced and can answer any questions or concerns. The radiographers and ultrasound staff have many years of experience and will perform your imaging with professionalism. We are keen to hear any comments on our conduct, so we can improve and become even better.

Our commitment to patient care extends to providing easy access for referring doctors to be able to receive and see reports electronically and view patient images from their own practice via the internet, using our special access portal. The radiologists can also access patient imaging in Nepean public hospital for direct comparison.
Any examinations requiring second opinions can be viewed remotely by any other radiologist in the group and can also be reviewed at specialty meetings in the public hospital if required.

Electronic storage
We keep all our examinations stored electronically, all of which can be accessed through the secure portal by your doctor. We also print to film, in case you see a doctor without portal access. We also print to CD.
